Do I get paid for every application?
Not per application. You earn credits as you use the platform, for your profile, your applications and your activity. Each month, part of eligible employer revenue goes into a pool shared by those credits. Amounts vary and aren’t guaranteed.
Where do the jobs come from?
Straight from employers’ own career sites and the hiring systems behind them, such as Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby. Busy sources are re-checked every few minutes and quieter ones every few hours, and a job comes down once the employer’s site stops listing it.
Is it free?
Yes. Browsing jobs, match scores and application tracking are free, with 3 AI tasks a day included. Signing up is free too.
How does the match score work?
We compare your résumé and profile with each posting. Skills count most, then how close the role is to ones you’ve held, then your field and the wording you share with the posting. Each job shows the skills you have and the ones you’re missing.
How does earning work?
Employers pay for hiring tools. Each month, part of eligible revenue goes into a pool that eligible seekers share by their cleared contribution credits. Each month’s totals are reviewed before payouts are released. Amounts vary and aren’t guaranteed. A 14-day review hold applies, the minimum cash-out is $15, and cash-out is US-only for now.
Who sees my profile?
Data-sharing categories start off until you turn them on. Recruiters see Showcase projects in an anonymous view you can preview, you choose which projects appear, and you can block specific employers’ workspaces. Export or delete your account any time.
Can I use it outside the US?
Yes, anyone can browse jobs, get match scores and track applications. Cashing out earnings is US-only for now.
How is this different from LinkedIn or Indeed?
We only list jobs pulled straight from employers’ career sites, show the employer’s own posted date when they publish one, and take a job down once the employer stops listing it. A free match score and an application tracker sit beside every job, and you share in what employers pay.
