Terms of Service

1. Who can use Reload

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization (for example, as an employer), you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” includes that organization.

2. What Reload is

Reload is an entry-level job platform with a progression system. Job seekers can discover and apply to jobs, build a profile and portfolio, use AI-assisted tools, earn experience points (“XP”) and credits for real activity, and — where enabled — cash out earned credits. Employers and sponsors can post opportunities and fund rewards. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Reload is a platform that connects people and opportunities. We are not an employer, recruiter, or party to any employment relationship, and we do not guarantee that you will receive interviews, offers, employment, or any particular income or outcome.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account.
• Keep your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly at support@zeroxp.careers if you suspect unauthorized use.
• One person, one account. Do not create accounts by automated means or impersonate others.

4. XP, credits, and rewards

XP and credits are features of the Service that reflect your activity. The following rules apply:

• Not legal tender. XP and credits are not money, securities, or property, and have no cash value except through a cash-out mechanism we expressly make available and subject to its stated rules, limits, and verification.
• Earned for real activity. Credits are awarded for verified, good-faith activity (such as saved jobs, verified applications, profile completion, streaks, milestones, and referrals) under earning rules we may update from time to time, including caps and anti-abuse controls.
• We may adjust or revoke. We may withhold, reduce, reverse, or revoke XP, credits, or payouts obtained through fraud, error, duplication, manipulation, or violation of these Terms.
• XP and credits are personal to your account, are not transferable, and do not survive account termination except as required by law or as necessary to complete a pending, verified cash-out.

5. Payments and payouts

Payments into the Service and payouts of eligible earned funds are processed by our third-party payments provider, Stripe, including Stripe Connect for payouts. By making or receiving payments, you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for completing any identity verification Stripe requires.

• Fees. We may charge or deduct fees, and payment processors may charge their own fees; these will be disclosed before the relevant transaction where required.
• Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive. We may collect tax information and issue tax forms (for example, IRS Form 1099) where required by law.
• Reversals. We may reverse or withhold payouts associated with fraud, chargebacks, disputes, or violations of these Terms.

6. Employers and sponsors

If you post opportunities or fund rewards, you are solely responsible for your listings, your hiring decisions, your compliance with applicable employment, anti-discrimination, and advertising laws, and the accuracy of what you post. You must not post misleading, unlawful, or discriminatory listings. We may remove listings and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• Submit false information, fake applications, or manipulate XP, credits, or payouts;
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or access the Service by automated means except through interfaces we provide;
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to breach the security of the Service;
• Upload malware, or use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your profile, resume, portfolio, and messages). You grant Reload Careers, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service and to provide it to the parties you direct (for example, employers you apply to). You are responsible for having the rights to the content you submit.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service — including its software, source code, design, branding, and the names “Reload,” “ZeroXP,” and “lvl100” — is owned by Reload Careers, Inc. and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

10. Third-party services and listings

The Service links to and integrates third-party services (including job postings, application systems such as Greenhouse and Lever, and providers such as Stripe, Supabase, and OpenAI). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that you will obtain any job, interview, reward, or income by using it.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reload Careers, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reload Careers, Inc. from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware, United States will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not otherwise resolved, except where prohibited by applicable law.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
