Job description
What You’ll Do
•Perform complete vehicle alignments on heavy-duty tractors, straight trucks, trailers, and buses using the Bee Line alignment system .
•Use laser alignment equipment, including Bee Line or Hunter systems .
•Measure and correct critical alignment angles, including toe, camber, caster, thrust angle, axle parallelism, and perpendicularity .
•Inspect steering and suspension components and identify worn or damaged parts that need to be repaired or replaced before an alignment can be properly completed.
•Repair steering, suspension, and front-end components on heavy-duty trucks.
•Drive and road-test trucks to identify alignment and steering issues and verify repairs.
Requirements :
•4–5 years of experience performing alignments on heavy-duty trucks.
•Proven experience using laser alignment systems , such as Bee Line or Hunter.
•Strong knowledge of truck suspension, steering, and front-end systems .
•Experience repairing steering and suspension components on heavy-duty trucks.
•Ability to identify mechanical issues that may affect vehicle alignment.
•Ability to drive heavy-duty trucks and perform road tests .
•Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
•Advanced English proficiency – minimum C1 level.
