仕事内容

このポジションは、輸送管理システムのシニアスペシャリストとして、主に以下の業務を担当していただきます。

This position, as a Transportation Management System (TMS) senior specialist, will primarily involve the following responsibilities.

・Utilizing the Transportation Management System (TMS) to execute and supervise daily transportation operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective domestic cargo transport. This includes monitoring shipment status, handling exceptions, ensuring on-time delivery, and utilizing SSCP (Shipment Planning Services).

・In loading planning, proactively identifying and implementing opportunities for cargo consolidation to optimize logistics performance, thereby optimizing costs and services.

・Supporting cargo billing, payment, and audit processes to maintain accounting accuracy and compliance.

・Collaborating with internal logistics teams and external partners to improve transportation service levels and operational consistency. This also involves managing LTL carriers, route guides, and price lists (including fuel surcharges) within the TMS.

・Participating in the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and cost analysis. Collaborating with business and operations teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve key performance Goals (G&O).

・We support system expansions and participate in TMS-related projects and testing. We also ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data within the TMS platform to support emergency transport and other urgent customer tasks.

・In addition to domestic delivery, it will be involved in international transportation operations related to exports and imports, communicating with domestic and international personnel, and thoroughly examining and improving operational risks and concerns.

・Manage the operation and maintenance of newly introduced systems (tank container management, inbound Ship to Pay (S2P), and participate in system improvements and expansions.

物流 サプライチェーン 関連分野の学士号または同等の教育やご経験をお持ちの方のご応募をお待ちしております。

・Microsoft Officeアプリケーション Word、Excel、PowerPoint 、SAPに精通していること

・ APICSまたはCSCMPの資格

・貨物監査および決済システムに関する経験

・ 国際輸送および通関手続きに関する知識

・APICS or CSCMP certification

・Experience in freight audit and payment systems

・Knowledge of international shipping and customs processes
