Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Business Diagnostics
•Continuously track and analyze market intelligence within targeted therapeutic areas
•Generate internal and external monthly/quarterly data analysis reports
•Periodically update strategic content in alignment with business cycles; Support the drafting of Business Plans
•Support or manage market research projects to inform strategic decision-making
Operational Excellence
•Coordinate and facilitate OBU Regular Business Reviews
•Organize BU internal activities and cross-functional workshops
•Govern key strategic projects to ensure smooth communication and effective execution
•Lead and facilitate cross-functional discussions to resolve complex issues and foster innovative problem-solving approaches
Opportunity Evaluation
•Evaluate the potential of new indications and pipeline assets, including target patient populations, competitive landscape, and resource requirements
•Formulate strategic options incorporating cross-functional inputs into robust analysis and business case modeling
•Prepare high-quality presentation materials and executive briefings to secure support and alignment from relevant Global departments
Qualifications & Requirements
•Master’s degree or above; consulting or trainee working experience
•Strong logical and strategic thinking, with high data sensitivity
•Excellent communication skills to coordinate internal and external teams
•Excellent oral and written English & Mandarin
•Solid skills in data analysis, Excel modeling, and PowerPoint
