Requirements

•Drive marketing initiatives, including in‑store events and digital outreach.

•Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

•9+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail management.

•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a boutique setting.

•Deep knowledge of luxury brand guidelines and customer service standards.

•Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales and inventory data.

•Excellent leadership and team‑building capabilities.

•Advanced understanding of visual merchandising techniques.

•Ability to manage budgets and achieve cost‑control objectives.

•Experience coordinating cross‑departmental initiatives such as marketing and HR.
