Job description

专业地达成地区业务目标

•依照公司政策和阿斯利康行为准则确保地区团队圆满完成工作计划 (POA)、现场策略计划和地区计划

•确保成熟产品和新产品平衡并在医院开展学术交流

地区业务规划和战略开发

•对市场进行SWOT 分析并制定地区业务计划

•根据主要业务目标制定地区业务计划

•辅导和支持医学代表业务计划的实施确保目标有效达成

业务关注与服务

•监督业务的工作确保他们根据工作计划 (POA)

•确保MR理解并遵守阿斯利康行为准则

报告/管理

•根据公司要求提交地区业务报告阐明业务计划和预期工作实施过程中出现的偏差以按照计划及时调整业绩

•监督MR的月份报告以确保预期工作的恰当和实施

•确保MR遵守报告和管理规范

•及时准确地提交费用报告

个人发展

根据RAM能力模式中的要求培养能力提高效率

积极传播、发展阿斯利康文化和领导行为是其他员工的楷模

培养个人和团队责任感

确定自我完善的方向并与大区经理 (RSM) 探讨发展需求

积极参与公司管理会议和培训活动

Qualification

本科以上学历医科及相关学科背景者优先

2年以上医药业务管理经验背景

在大型跨国医药公司的业务市场优先

英语说写能力优先
