TITLE- Project Engineer (CWR)

Location – Karwar

•Lead end-to-end execution of retrofits, AMC, and service activities for AC & Refrigeration, HVAC, and Fire Systems in Karwar Yard .

•Act as the Single Point of Contact for customer escalations.

•Prepare and share weekly progress reports with the Project Manager.

•Ensure all orders are executed in a commercially effective manner.

•Manage service teams and subcontractors; allocate resources and monitor progress for timely completion .

•Maintain timely and effective communication with customers regarding status, delays, and payments.

•Ensure Health and Safety compliance for all site teams.

How You Will Do It

•Understand contractual obligations /scope and develop detailed execution plans.

•Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify gaps and implement solutions to meet customer requirements.

•Interpret customers’ needs and plan activities to exceed expectations .

•Identify training needs and facilitate skill development within the team.

What We Look For

•Qualification: B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

•Experience: 10–12 years in service/project execution on Naval & Marine ships .

•Technical Knowledge: AC Plants, Air Handling Units, Heat Exchangers, Ventilation Fans, and other HVAC components.

•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

•Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred

•Indian Navy Artificers with hands-on experience in AC/HVAC/Fire systems.
