p is seeking a Platform Engineer to develop, maintain, and optimize our core technology platforms, ensuring their scalability, reliability, and security in support of our digital transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:**

•Design, implement, and manage robust and scalable platform infrastructure using configuration management and release automation tools.

•Drive continuous deployment and release processes, ensuring efficient and high-quality software delivery.

•Collaborate with development teams to integrate applications with platform services and define optimal system architectures.

•Apply Agility core practices to platform development, fostering iterative improvement and rapid response to changing requirements.

•Implement and enforce information security best practices across all platform components.

•Develop and maintain scripts for automation, monitoring, and operational tasks.

•Participate in source control and code management activities, ensuring code quality and version control.

•Contribute to the design and implementation of relational data models for platform data storage.

•Perform service operations and resilience engineering to ensure platform availability and performance.

•Facilitate technical discussions and problem-solving sessions within the engineering team.

•Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

•Support Digital Project Management efforts by providing technical insights and estimates.

•Contribute to creating a high performing team culture through knowledge sharing and mentorship.

•Conduct system design activities, including architecture reviews and technology selection.

Job Qualifications:**

•Proven experience as a Platform Engineer or similar role with a strong understanding of system design principles.

•Expertise in AWS Services, Cloud, ADO, CI/CD Pipelines, Deployment processes, Configuration management and release automation tools.

•Demonstrated experience with Continuous deployment and release methodologies.

•Solid understanding of Agility core practices and their application in platform development.

•Proficiency in Scripting languages for automation and system management - Python, Nodejs.

•Strong knowledge of Source control and code management systems.

•Experience with Relational Data Modeling and database technologies.

•Understanding of Information Security principles and best practices.

•Familiarity with Service operations and resilience engineering.

•Excellent Collaboration and Communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

•Experience with Solution Architecture and its implementation and SDLC.

•Ability to Facilitate technical discussions and drive consensus.

•Understanding of Digital Project Management principles.

•A commitment to Creating a high performing team environment.
