Your mission

At Bitpanda, resilience is key to keeping our business running, even when things go wrong. As a Resilience Manager, you'll help strengthen our Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery capabilities across the organization. You'll work closely with operational teams, drive improvements, and make sure we're prepared to respond to disruptions and recover effectively. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership, connect the dots across teams, and turn plans into practical solutions.

What you’ll do

•

Drive and continuously improve the Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework, maintaining reliable data, documentation, and reporting.

•

Work hands-on with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and test Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and support Disaster Recovery planning.

•

Coordinate Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) to help teams identify critical processes, dependencies, and recovery requirements.

•

Actively participate in crisis management activities, simulations, and exercises to improve organizational readiness.

•Collaborate with stakeholders, including risk management and auditors, to address requirements and drive resilience improvements.

Who you are

•You have 4+ years of experience in Business Continuity Management, operational resilience, IT operations, risk management, or a related field.

•You're a hands-on problem solver who takes ownership, challenge existing approaches when needed, and drives topics forward independently.

•You understand how business processes, technology, people, and external dependencies fit together, and are comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders. 

•You have an analytical, data-driven mindset and enjoy bringing structure to complex topics.

•Experience with BCM, Disaster Recovery, crisis management, or regulatory frameworks such as DORA is a strong plus.
