Job Title – Senior Project Engineer

To lead the development and delivery of integrated Department reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making, ensure transparency, and maintain alignment with Client reporting standards and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Dashboarding

•Develop and maintain project dashboards using Excel , Power BI , and AI-assisted tools for enhanced visualization and automation .

•Consolidate data from different stakeholders to produce integrated and actionable reports.

•Generate weekly and monthly progress reports , including variance analyses and forecasting summaries .

•Collaborate with Planning & Governance Team to ensure reported progress aligns with baseline schedules .

•Monitor Resource Planning and perform root cause analysis for deviations.

•Ensure all reports comply with Client standards and contractual obligations .

•Maintain a structured repository of historical reports , change logs , and audit trails .

•Present findings to project managers , senior leadership , and external stakeholders .

•Support project reviews , audits , and Stakeholder meetings with tailored reporting packages.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Project Management , or a related discipline.

Experience

•8–10 years of experience in project reporting , planning , or controls within the Oil & Gas sector .

•Proven expertise in reporting for large-scale capital projects .

Technical Skills

•Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel , Power BI , and SAP or similar ERP systems .

Soft Skills

•Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

•Strong communication and presentation skills.

•Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to data integrity and reporting accuracy.
