Job Description Summary:

This role is responsible for delivering outcomes associated with the Technical Readiness Leader position in a major FMCG brownfield manufacturing project.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical readiness strategy and gate reviews.

•Coordinate FAT/SAT, commissioning and qualification activities.

•Ensure validation and documentation readiness.

•Manage startup technical risks.

•Support troubleshooting during ramp-up.

Success Measures

•On-time technical readiness.

•Successful qualification/validation.

•Minimal startup losses.

•Stable process performance.

Requirements

•Business-level Japanese and English

•10 years FMCG or related manufacturing experience

•5 years in the project role as process engineer or Technical leader
