🚀 Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - German + English Speaking
📄 Fixed Term Contract - 6 months
📍 Hybrid in Berlin
We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across EMEA.
It’s a broad role covering go-to-market and sales roles.
This is a hybrid role with some office time in Berlin (3 days per week).
You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.
🌟 What You’ll Do:
•Own end-to-end hiring across key commercial business areas
•Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
•Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
•Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
•Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
•Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
•Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 months
🔍 What You Bring:
•5+ years in full-cycle recruitment with a proven track record across GTM/Sales hiring
•Fluent German & English
•Confident working independently and managing stakeholders
•Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools
•Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused
•Ability to build strong, trusted partnerships with our client
