We are looking for a highly hands-on Full-Stack Engineer to take ownership of end-to-end product development across the backend and frontend. You will build and ship production-ready features spanning Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), React, Next.js, and PostgreSQL , working closely with product, architecture, and business stakeholders.
The role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys building from the ground up, thrives in an early-stage environment, and is comfortable taking ownership from database design and APIs through to user-facing experiences and integrations .

Key Responsibilities
โขBuild and deliver end-to-end product features across Django, DRF, React, and Next.js .
โขDesign and implement database models, APIs, business logic, and responsive user interfaces.
โขDevelop and maintain reliable integrations with third-party and enterprise systems.
โขHandle external system complexities including API variations, protocol differences, version changes, and data inconsistencies.
โขBuild user-facing dashboards, data tables, AI-enabled interfaces, and mobile-first experiences.
โขDevelop messaging integrations, inbound webhooks, queued outbound communication, and scheduled workflows.
โขImplement reminders, follow-ups, notifications, and automated insight-delivery workflows.
โขWork extensively with PostgreSQL , ensuring appropriate data modelling, tenant isolation, and query performance.
