•Strong Engineering Leadership and People Management experience
•Hands-on expertise in Python & Lang-graph
•Microservices, Distributed Systems, and REST API Architecture
•Cloud-native development, preferably AWS
•Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps practices
•Enterprise integrations and platform engineering
•Architecture and technical decision-making
•Experience managing and mentoring large engineering teams
•Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Experience
•AI Agents / Intelligent Automation / Agentic Workflows
•LLM / GenAI integration exposure
•Workflow orchestration and event-driven architectures
•SaaS and multi-tenant platforms
•Healthcare domain experience would be an added advantage
