Senior Account Representative (Senior FX Dealer)

We’re hiring a Senior Account Representative to manage and grow a portfolio of Enterprise and Mid-Market clients by delivering outstanding service, insights, and value. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience in FX, cross-border payments, banking, fintech, or account management, ready to apply their knowledge and expertise to make a tangible impact on client success and business growth.

Responsibilities

•Own and grow a portfolio of Enterprise and Mid-Market clients, leveraging strong relationships with key decision-makers.

•Drive revenue and retention by proactively identifying opportunities and expanding client value.

•Deliver tailored solutions across FX, international payments, and risk management.

Help drive new business performance through early engagement with new clients and support of our Business Development team.

•Help guide and mentor less experienced team members by role modelling best practices.

Required Qualifications

•3+ years (approx) experience in FX, cross-border payments in an account management or sales position.

•Proven ability to build and grow Enterprise customer relationships.

•Demonstrated success in selling complex hedging and payments solutions.

•Proactive in finding new relationships and opportunities.

•Strong attention to detail.

•Able to excel in a fast-paced environment.

•Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin (conversational) is an advantage.

•You must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident of Hong Kong to be considered for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

•Familiarity with FX derivatives.

•Understanding of credit management frameworks.

•Ability to understand and analyze companies’ financial statements.
