Job description

We are excited that you are interested in returning in some capacity with Avid in 2027! We deeply appreciate our returning staff members for their pivotal role in fostering our organizational culture and upholding our core values. In 2026 we collectively had the opportunity to change the lives of over 10,000 campers! That's a lot of kids spending time outside.

We'd love to have you return to Avid for 2027, either in the same role as before or a new one! By expressing interest now, we can make sure that:

•We can get you on the top of the list for some of our new and exciting programs and positions

•Be the first to learn about program, location, and opportunity updates

•Set up time to chat with TA about available positions and find the best fit for you

Here’s a helpful timeline to know what to expect:

•Complete this short interest form so we know what locations, positions, and programs are your top choices

•We will be reaching out to returning staff by October
