Job Description:
Honeydew is seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Dermatology Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a valid US license to join our remote care team. You’ll play a critical role in delivering virtual dermatology consultations, guiding patients on their skincare journeys, and providing expert advice to meet their needs.
This is a remote, 1099 (contractor) position, suitable for an NP seeking flexible, high-impact telehealth work.
Responsibilities:
•Conduct virtual consultations to diagnose and manage a range of dermatological conditions (e.g., acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin screenings)
•Provide evidence-based treatment plans and prescribe medications as necessary
•Educate patients on skincare routines, treatments, and preventative care
•Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless patient care and follow-up
•Maintain accurate and thorough electronic health records of patient interactions
•Stay current with advancements in dermatology and telemedicine best practices
Qualifications:
•Two or more active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license for any US state(s)
•Certification as an NP (specializing in Dermatology strongly preferred, but not required with relevant experience)
•Minimum of 4 years of experience in dermatology or skincare-related roles
•Strong knowledge of diagnosing and treating common dermatological conditions
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in virtual settings
•Comfortable using telehealth platforms and Zoom + GSuite systems
•Passion for delivering accessible, patient-centered care
