Salary Range: $44.00 - $57.00/hour (Final offer based on your unique skills, experience, and professional background)

What We're Looking for

•In-state Registered Nurse License in good standing

•Expertise in geriatric or subacute nursing

•Proficiency in medication and treatment administration

•In-depth knowledge of COMAR and CMS guidelines

•Familiarity with Office of Health Care Quality standards

Leadership & Communication

•Proven track record of positive leadership

•Exceptional communication skills

•Ability to partner effectively with team members

•Talent for coaching and counseling direct reports

Tech Savvy

•Hands-on experience with electronic medical records (EMR)

•Proficient computer skills

•Ability to navigate and utilize EMR systems efficiently
