Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Regional Partner Activation Manager to join our ever-evolving Partner Sales team and help shape the future of global commerce.

In this role, you'll be responsible for activating, developing, and growing strategic partner relationships across multiple Central and Eastern European markets. Working closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Business Development teams, you'll help build a scalable partner ecosystem that generates new business opportunities, accelerates revenue growth, and expands our market presence.

This position supports partner development across Austria, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, and Croatia , offering a unique opportunity to work in a truly international environment.

What you'll own

•Develop and execute regional partner growth strategies to generate qualified leads, new business opportunities, and revenue across multiple markets.

•Recruit, onboard, enable, and manage a network of partners, including referral partners, distributors, ISV partners, resellers, ECR integrators, and financial institutions.

•Build and maintain joint business plans with partners, defining success metrics, growth targets, and go-to-market initiatives.

•Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to support partner activation, deal registration, and co-sell opportunities.

•Identify and develop new partnership models that support strategic business growth and expand our partner ecosystem.

What you'll bring

•Experience in partner management, channel sales, business development, alliance management, or a similar commercial role.

•Proven ability to build and develop partner relationships that drive business growth and revenue generation.

•Strong commercial mindset with experience identifying new market opportunities and developing growth strategies.

•Excellent relationship-building, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills across internal and external audiences.

•Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, international organization and manage multiple priorities across different markets.

•Strong communication and presentation skills in English.

It's a bonus if you have

•Experience within the payments, fintech, banking, software, or technology sectors.

•Knowledge of channel sales models involving distributors, resellers, ISVs, system integrators, or financial institution partnerships.

•Experience managing partnerships across multiple countries or regions.

•Familiarity with the merchant acquiring, payments acceptance, or payment technology ecosystem.
