WHO WE ARE

Foundation models transformed text and images. Structured data - the largest and most consequential data format in the world - stayed untouched, until now. What LLMs did for language, we're doing for tables.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring a recruiter to own hiring for the commercial and operational core of Prior Labs in the US. You'll run end-to-end hiring for our go-to-market team (sales and partnerships) and for the operations functions that keep a fast-scaling AI company running effectively. This is a full-stack, hands-on role in a market where every strong seller and every good controller already has three other offers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

•Source commercial and operational talent across the US, from enterprise AE and partnerships profiles to finance and compliance operators

•Position Prior Labs compellingly against better-known AI companies, late-stage SaaS, and fintech where the comp is often bigger and the brand more familiar

•Navigate multi-hub hiring across New York, Berlin, and Freiburg (comp bands, notice periods, US/EU employment differences, occasional relocation and visa work)

•Assess commercial and operational depth quickly to curate high calibre shortlists

•Run efficient, structured interview loops with clear rubrics and fast debriefs

•Manage, negotiate and close offers, including variable comp and equity conversations

•Manage the pipeline operationally in the ATS with clean stages and weekly metrics

THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

•5+ years in-house GTM and/or G&A recruiting at a high-growth startup (Series A and beyond), ideally in a technical or deep-tech product environment

•Track record closing enterprise sales, partnerships, or revenue-leadership hires against better-funded competitors

•Hands-on experience hiring finance or compliance profiles (accounting, FP&A, controller, legal/compliance ops) or a credible plan for how you'd get up to speed fast

•Hiring in the US market, ideally NYC; exposure to EU hiring is a strong plus

•Direct and commercially honest with both candidates and hiring managers

•Detail-obsessed on pipeline hygiene and weekly metrics; treats the ATS as a source of truth

Location: 5 days a week based in our New York office

Compensation Range: $130,000 - $170,000
