Property Manager

As a BAM Property Manager , you’ll take ownership of one of our communities by leading a team, hitting performance goals, and ensuring residents feel at home every day.

🚀 What You’ll Do:

•Oversee daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations

•Lead, mentor, and develop your team (leasing, maintenance, and admin)

•Own the financials: budgeting, rent collection, cost control

•Drive occupancy and retention through smart marketing and exceptional service

•Ensure compliance with fair housing and regulatory guidelines

•Champion asset care and property performance

🧠 You Bring:

•5+ years of residential property management experience (Class B+ or higher preferred)

•Proven leadership and team-building skills

•Attention to detail and strong operational discipline

•Stellar communication and customer service instincts

•Tech-savviness with CRM/property management systems

•Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, education, and the overall  compensation package.

Position Pay Range

$65,000 — $75,000 USD
