Role - Project Delivery Country Manager (HVAC & Data Center Projects)

We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Country Manager to lead the execution and delivery of large-scale HVAC, Chiller, and Data Center Infrastructure projects across India. The role will be responsible for driving project execution excellence, customer satisfaction, profitability, resource planning, and operational leadership while managing a portfolio of mission-critical projects.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in industrial and commercial HVAC systems, central chilled water plants, district cooling, data center cooling infrastructure, and large project management environments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

•Lead end-to-end execution of large and complex HVAC and Data Center projects across multiple sites.

•Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in line with quality and contractual requirements.

•Establish project governance, delivery metrics, risk mitigation plans, and performance reviews.

•Drive project planning, resource allocation, procurement coordination, and execution strategy.

•Monitor project milestones and ensure timely resolution of technical and commercial challenges.

HVAC & Chiller Systems Leadership

•Manage projects involving: Water-Cooled Chillers Air-Cooled Chillers Central Chilled Water Plants HVAC Systems Precision Cooling Systems CRAH & CRAC Units Cooling Towers Pumps and Hydronic Systems HVAC Controls & Building Automation Systems Energy Management Solutions

•Provide technical oversight for design reviews, installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Data Center Project Management

•Lead execution of mission-critical Data Center projects.

•Ensure effective coordination among HVAC, Electrical, Controls, and Commissioning teams.

•Manage project delivery for: Data Center Cooling Infrastructure Chilled Water Systems Precision Air Conditioning Systems Mechanical Plant Rooms Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Initiatives

•Drive successful project completion from construction through commissioning and customer acceptance.
