The Opportunity

As the Product Manager , you will lead the end-to-end growth strategy and commercial execution for the Glucerna brand, with primary accountability for driving consumer penetration, market share growth, and business performance. You will translate market insights into integrated HCP and consumer marketing strategies, develop and implement omnichannel engagement plans, and ensure excellence in execution across all touchpoints.

The role is responsible for delivering sales, market growth, and profitability objectives by driving strong demand generation through healthcare professional advocacy, consumer acquisition, digital and e-commerce activation, and strategic partnerships while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.

This role will also manage the therapeutic portfolio for chronic kidney disease.

What You'll Do

•Develop and execute Glucerna annual brand strategies and commercial plans to drive consumer penetration, household adoption, market growth, and financial performance for the Glucerna business.

•Identify and unlock growth opportunities through deep understanding of the diabetes journey, customer insights, competitive landscape, market dynamics, and consumption behaviors.

•Lead the development and implementation of integrated omnichannel marketing programs for Glucerna, designed to increase awareness, trial, acquisition, conversion, and retention across both healthcare professional and consumer audiences.

•Drive healthcare professional marketing initiatives for both Glucerna and Nepro brands, including scientific content development, CME programs, congress participation, digital engagement, KOL partnerships, and educational activities to strengthen recommendation and advocacy.

•Lead Glucerna consumer marketing campaigns across digital, social media, CRM, e-commerce, retail activation, experiential events, and partnership platforms to recruit new users and expand brand penetration.

•Exhibit strong partnership with internal functional teams as well as external agencies and strategic partners to translate brand strategies into effective activation plans in compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.

•Develop and manage brand budgets, monitor spending, evaluate campaign performance, and work with relevant agencies to drive spend and performance optimization actions.

Requirements

•Degree qualification.

•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

•Proficient in English and Mandarin.
