Job Description:

An opportunity for a Process Engineer has arisen within Airbus Operations , Illescas (Toledo) .

The selected candidate will join the Work Preparation department, which provides essential support to production by ensuring process maintenance and optimization. Our team collaborates across multifunctional teams, contributing t o the success of key projects such as S19 A350, HTP S.A, and 330.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•Optimize existing processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including the preparation of Practical Problem Solving (PPS), Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs), and line balancing for ramp-up .

•Implement new manufacturing tools and technologies as part of the new media industrialization effort .

•Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for both products and processes .

•Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline .

•Experience: At least 5 years in Manufacturing or Engineering .

•Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, in changing business environments, and in networking situations; high degree of autonomy, proactivity, and accountability .

•Languages: Advanced level in English .

•Technical knowledge: Line balancing calculations, composite materials experience, and advanced CATIA skills .

•Valuable / Nice to have: A master’s degree in a relevant field will be valued .
