Airbus Defence & Space recherche un(e) Pricing Manager for Telecom Navigation and System (m/f) basé à Toulouse, France .

Vous rejoindrez l’équipe Costing - Pricing de Telecom Navigation and System (TNS) qui est chargée d’établir le prix des offres du périmètre Télécom Navigation and System et de fournir une expertise costing pour l’ensemble de Space System.

Vous serez amené(e) à intervenir sur tous type de projets du périmètre Telecom Navigation and System et, sur demande, sur des sujets particuliers Space System. A ce titre, vous travaillerez avec la plupart des départements la BU à consolider les éléments alimentant directement les décisions de l'Executive Committee de Space System.

Vos challenges :

•Piloter et gérer la consolidation des coûts et leur transformation en prix d’offres portant sur plusieurs centaines de millions d’euros et dépassant potentiellement le milliard en accompagnant activement le bid manager pour faire converger le prix final vers le Target Must Price,

•Garantir la robustesse, des chiffrages collectés, leur cohérence avec les hypothèses programmatiques, techniques, économiques et commerciales des offres au nom de la fonction finance,

•Assurer la fiabilité des objectifs financiers présentés en MG3 et RMC,

•Suivre et mettre à jour le catalogue de coûts Onesat, en lien avec le programme et les fonctions concernées afin d’impulser et de suivre l’amélioration de sa compétitivité,

•Coordonner des chiffrages plus complexes impliquant des secteurs extérieurs à TNS,

•Contribuer à la définition des améliorations des méthodes de costing et de pricing et les mettre en œuvre.

Votre profil:

•Compétence en mécanique, électronique informatique, production avec une bonne compréhension des enjeux business,

•Rigueur dans les analyses quantifiées, autonomie, leadership et réactivité,

•Capacité à travailler en mode projet en environnement international avec, si possible, une expérience programme ou système engineering,

•Bonne capacité de synthèse et de présentation à des décideurs de haut niveau (membres, de l’Executive Committee),

•Anglais niveau négociation, Allemand ou Espagnol niveau intermédiaire bienvenu.

Job description :

A Cost - Price Manager position is opened inside Airbus Defence & Space in Toulouse. If you a are proactive, self-assertive and looking for challenges, you are invited to join the Costing Pricing team of Finance Telecom Navigation and System (Finance TNS - TFSTC).

This team is in charge of setting the commercial offers inside the TNS perimeter and, on demand, can deliver independent cost estimate for the full Space system perimeter.

In this context, the job holder will address all kind of project inside the TNS perimeter and, if necessary, might cover specific topics. He will collaborate with most of the various Space System département. The costs and prices delivered will found decisions of the Division and sometimes Group Executive Committee.

Tasks and responsibilities

You will be in charge of the responsibilities below :

•Piloting and managing the consolidation of the costs of offers ranging from several hundred million to billon euro. Establishing the prices of these offers, accompanying proactively the bid manager to guarantee the convergence towards the target must price.

•Secure the robustness of the quotations, guarantee their consistency with the programmatic, technical economical and commercial assumptions on behalf of the Finance function. The job holder is responsible for the dependability of the financial KPIs introduced to the MG3 and RMC.

•In addition, the job holder will be in charge of maintaining and monitoring the cost catalogue of the Onesat product liaising with the program and the various involved functions. This cost catalogue in the reference for the offers price and the Onesat business case update. The objective is to impulse and monitor the competitiveness of the Product.

•On demand you might be in charge of coordinating more complex offers infvolving areas out of TNS. Le titulaire pourra également coordonner des chiffrages plus complexes impliquant des secteurs extérieurs à TNS.

•You will contribute to the costing / pricing process and tools improvement definition before implementing them.

Competencies

You are expected to have a degree in engineering (mechanical, electronic, IT, production…) with a good capability and interest for the business challenges (economic, finance….).

You can demonstrate skills such as:

•Rigor for quantified analysis, autonomy, leadership, reactivity and proactivity.

•Capacity to work in project mode in an industrial environment with, if possible, an experience in program managements or system engineering.

•Fluent in English and, if possible, intermediate level in either German or Spanish.

•Good synthesis capability and presentation skills for high level decision makers (SpS EXCO level)
