โขBA/BE or equivalent experience with 7+ years in PEGA application development and ownership of complete SDLC.
โขProven expertise in PEGA Case Design, Decision Management, and Flow Designer with strong handsโon experience scripting and rule creation.
โขExperience designing enterpriseโscale workflows that fulfill regulatory and compliance obligations such as AML, KYC, or data privacy.
โขProficiency with PEGA integration methods, including REST, SOAP, BPM, and JDBC, plus experience in integrating with ERP, CRM, or legacy systems.
โขSolid background in Java, JUnit, and frontโend technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, React) that support custom components or web services.
โขStrong analytical skills, adept at translating ambiguous business requirements into tangible technical solutions.
โขExcellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nonโtechnical stakeholders and produce clear documentation.
โขProven track record of delivering on tight schedules, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple concurrent projects.
