Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Program Manager 2 to lead supplier integration in support of Test and Evaluation. This role will coordinate the delivery of designs, drawings, parts, technical data, and requirements from internal teams to suppliers, while also managing the receipt and integration of corresponding supplier inputs. The selected candidate will help ensure timely, coordinated support to test execution. This position will be located in Melbourne, FL.
The selected candidate will provide day-to-day programmatic leadership and oversight across engineering, build, supply chain, and mission assurance to ensure the timely release of technical data, configuration baselines, and test hardware required to meet test schedules and associated production commitments. The role will coordinate internal and external teams and suppliers to establish an integrated plan, manage dependencies, resolve issues, and maintain alignment across the supplier interface.
The selected candidate will interface regularly with Program Leadership, Business Operations, Program Integration, functional organizations, customers, and suppliers to align scope, budget, schedule, and delivery objectives. The successful candidate will lead through influence and accountability across internal and external stakeholders to support predictable execution and uphold Northrop Grumman’s values.
