About the Role

Corelight is looking for an experienced Customer Success leader to lead our International Customer Success organization, supporting customers across markets outside the United States. This leader will be responsible for building a consistent, outcome-driven customer success practice while recognizing the different market dynamics, customer expectations, and partner relationships across regions. You'll lead and develop a geographically distributed team, strengthen strategic customer relationships, and partner with regional Sales, Technical Account Management, Renewals, and other teams to drive adoption, retention, and long-term customer value.

The ideal candidate brings global leadership experience, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to build scalable practices without losing the flexibility required to serve customers across diverse markets.

What You'll Do

•Lead, coach, and develop an internationally distributed Customer Success team, establishing consistent expectations and performance standards.

•Develop and execute regional customer success strategies aligned to Corelight's global priorities and local market requirements.

•Drive measurable customer value, adoption, retention, and long-term account health across international customer portfolios.

•Establish a consistent customer engagement model while adapting execution to regional business practices, partner ecosystems, and customer needs.

•Build and maintain executive relationships with strategic enterprise customers across international markets.

•Partner with regional Sales and Renewals leaders to identify customer risks, strengthen renewal readiness, and support account growth.

•Coordinate with TAM, Professional Services, Support, and regional partners to deliver a consistent post-sales customer experience.

•Develop visibility into customer health, engagement, adoption, and retention performance across regions.

•Identify recurring customer challenges and regional differences that should inform global customer success strategy.

•Establish effective team operating rhythms, coaching practices, and cross-regional collaboration.

•Help shape Corelight's global Customer Success operating model and support the development of a scalable international organization.

What You'll Bring

•7+ years of experience in Customer Success, strategic account management, or a related post-sales function within enterprise technology.

•3+ years of people leadership experience, including managing teams across multiple countries or regions.

•Demonstrated experience supporting international enterprise customers, ideally across EMEA and/or APAC.

•Proven ability to drive customer adoption, retention, and measurable business outcomes.

•Strong commercial judgment and experience partnering with regional Sales and Renewals teams.

•Experience operating across different cultures, time zones, and customer engagement models.

•Ability to establish scalable processes while adapting to regional market requirements.

•Familiarity with cybersecurity, network security, cloud infrastructure, or similarly complex enterprise technologies.

•Experience navigating channel and partner-led customer relationships.

•Strong communication, executive relationship management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
