We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Technical Lead with 8+ years of strong hands-on experience in Java development, microservices, cloud technologies, system architecture, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in the Java ecosystem with strong architectural thinking and the ability to lead complex engineering initiatives.
This role requires someone who can own end-to-end solution design, make sound technology decisions, troubleshoot complex production challenges, and guide engineering teams toward scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
โขDesign, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications using Core Java, Java 8/11/17+, and Spring Boot .
โขDesign and implement robust microservices architectures with appropriate service boundaries and communication patterns.
โขDevelop secure and scalable REST APIs and event-driven solutions using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging technologies.
โขDesign efficient data models and work with SQL and NoSQL databases based on application requirements.
โขArchitect cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP , along with Docker and Kubernetes.
โขApply concurrency, multithreading, asynchronous processing, caching, messaging, and resiliency patterns to build high-performance systems.
โขAnalyse and optimise application performance, including JVM memory, garbage collection, CPU utilisation, and resource consumption.
โขIdentify and resolve memory leaks, performance bottlenecks, race conditions, deadlocks, and other complex production issues.
โขEvaluate algorithms and data structures with a strong understanding of time and space complexity .
โขApply SOLID principles, clean-code practices, and appropriate design patterns such as Factory, Strategy, Singleton, and Observer.
โขLead technical discussions, architecture reviews, design sessions, and engineering decision-making.
โขConduct code reviews and establish development standards, engineering practices, and quality guidelines.
โขMentor and guide developers, helping teams improve technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
โขCollaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define effective technical solutions.
โขDrive resolution of complex technical and production issues while balancing scalability, reliability, security, cost, and maintainability.
