Entegris Yonezawa Plant is recruiting a Public Health Nurse to promote employee health.

Details of the responsibilities are listed below. ( What you will do section )

•Plan and conduct periodic health examination

•定期健康診断の計画と実施

•Medical checkup results management

•検診結果の管理

•Follow-up interviews and health consultations with employees who have medical findings

•有所見者との面談及び個別指導

•Provide health consultations and mental health–related support

•健康相談、メンタルヘルスに関するサポート

•Return-to-work support for employees ( Including pregnant employees )

•復職者・休職者面談、妊産婦等のサポート全般

•Medical room management (f irst aid kit , equipment)

•医務室の管理救急箱、備品類

•Work closely with the industrial doctor, including coordination tasks

•産業医との連携及びパトロール、委員会等の調整

•Plan and conduct flu shot

•インフルエンザワクチン接種の計画と実施

What we seek:

•M ust have a nursing license and a minimum of 7 years of experience

•看護師資格を所有していること、7年以上の実務経験を有すること

Outstanding candidates will have :

•Ability to communicate with others

•A bility to use PC for simple data entry
