ABOUT THE ROLE
As the first product designer, you will own design end to end for an AI-powered integration platform. Working closely with product leadership, you will shape how people and coding agents build integrations, as well as the platform where those integrations run. You will also implement and ship the production frontend yourself.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
•Design experiences where users and coding agents collaborate to build enterprise integrations.
•Design platform workflows for deployments, runtime, observability, and logs.
•Build and ship production frontend code using React and TypeScript.
•Establish the product's design language, component system, and interaction patterns.
•Partner with product leadership on product direction and design decisions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
•One to five years of product design experience, with shipped work demonstrating strong craft, visual hierarchy, and interaction design.
•Proficiency implementing production frontend code in React and TypeScript, with the ability to ship work directly rather than relying on engineering handoffs.
•Experience designing technical B2B SaaS, developer tools, or AI-powered products, including dense workflows and agentic or human-computer interaction patterns.
•A portfolio featuring shipped product work and evidence of design systems, component libraries, or product-wide design standards.
•Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design and prototyping tools.
•Experience with observability, monitoring, or developer platform interfaces is helpful.
•Comfort working directly with product leadership in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary is $150,000 to $250,000 annually, with meaningful equity and full health coverage. Visa sponsorship is available.
