Job description

As Director, Cash Management Strategic Sales Lead, Industrials at Citi, you will lead cash management and treasury sales strategy for a portfolio of major industrials clients, advising them on innovative payment solutions and working capital optimization. This role sits within Citi's Services business, partnering closely with Product Management and Banking teams to commercialize new digital solutions and expand the industrials sales pipeline. You will apply deep industrials sector expertise across Citi's full Services product set to shape how leading industrial companies manage their global cash and treasury needs.

Responsibilities

•Advise a portfolio of leading industrials clients on cash management strategies that strengthen banking relationships and expand revenue opportunities.

•Drive growth in payments revenue by identifying and closing new cash management and treasury opportunities across the industrials sector.

•Lead the commercialization of innovative payment solutions and working capital optimization tools for industrials clients.

•Partner with Product Management to shape the development, positioning, and packaging of new digital cash management solutions.

•Equip sales and banking teams with toolkits and content that translate Citi's full Services product set into client-ready solutions.

•Analyze client and market trends to uncover gaps and opportunities that inform Citi's cash management value proposition.

•Share insights on cash and treasury management trends and best practices with product and market management teams.

•Ensure sales activities align with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies at every stage of the client relationship.

Required Qualifications & Skills

•15 years of experience in commercial banking, cash management, or treasury sales, with a track record of increasing responsibility.

•Broad experience working with industrials clients and understanding their treasury and working capital needs.

•Expertise across Citi's full Services product set, including payments, liquidity, and trade solutions.

•Demonstrated success driving business results through effective sales management.

•Proven ability to initiate, execute, and grow complex client relationships.

•Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.

•An MBA or other advanced degree in business, finance, or a related field.
