Who we are
The $250B insurance claims industry runs on fax machines, phone tag, and adjusters buried in paperwork. Cycle times stretch for months. Data is locked in legacy systems. And the workforce is aging out faster than it's being replaced.
Vega is the premier AI-native claims TPA built to reimagine that entire stack from the ground up. Our team is equal parts experienced insurance operators and modern technologists. We care deeply about delivering superior outcomes for our clients, and we want builders that get their hands dirty shipping solutions that move the needle.
Our results: 10x YoY revenue growth, and on track for $XXM run-rate in under 2 years. Backed by marquee VCs like General Catalyst, Lightspeed, and Valor.
About the role
We are hiring a Claims Manager to help continue the build out of our internal claims program. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving Vega’s world class claims organization by auditing and driving claim success through a third party claims administrator. You will partner closely with Underwriting, Product, Compliance, and Claims teams to develop Vega’s Claims platform, as well as hire and manage a team of Claims Adjusters. This role will have a strong emphasis on commercial trucking casualty claims.
We’re a distributed team with offices located in New York, NY and Atlanta, GA. This role is a hybrid position going into the Atlanta office.
