Position Summary :

Responsible for the management and performance of Allergy and CNS brands by developing marketing strategies that differentiate products and drive business growth based on a clear understanding of corporate objectives and the healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Planning & Implementation

•Develop strategic and operational plans for assigned brands.

•Drive effective execution of promotional activities to achieve business objectives.

•Lead cross-functional alignment and collaboration to deliver brand objectives.

Market Intelligence

•Analyze and interpret market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.

•Utilize market research and business data to support decision-making and strategy development.

Forecasting & Budget Management

•Assess market opportunities and challenges to maximize business performance.

•Develop accurate sales forecasts and manage marketing budgets effectively.

•Ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

•Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, opinion leaders, and external stakeholders.

•Identify opportunities to deliver value and strengthen brand positioning.

Cross-functional Collaboration

•Partner closely with the sales team to develop and execute business strategies.

•Collaborate with partner companies, agencies, and other external stakeholders.

•Work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Scope of Responsibility :

•Responsible for the marketing management of Allergy (70%) and CNS (30%) product portfolios.

Requirements : Education

•Bachelor’s degree required.

•Pharmacy, Medical Science, Life Science, or healthcare-related background preferred.

Experience

•Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

•At least 2 years of marketing experience required.

•Experience in Allergy, Respiratory, or related therapeutic areas is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

•Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

•Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

•Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.

•Proficiency in spoken and written English.
