This is a pure outbound hunting role designed for a professional who thrives on the phones and enjoys the challenge of turning cold leads into warm opportunities. Key Responsibilities

•Execute high-volume outbound cold calling campaigns, averaging 150 dials per day.
•Build and maintain a robust pipeline by booking a minimum of 20 qualified calls per month.
•Overcome objections with confidence and navigate through gatekeepers to reach decision-makers.
•Meticulously track all activity and lead status within the CRM to ensure seamless hand-offs to the sales team.
•Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to act as a credible first point of contact for prospects.

Requirements

•Previous B2B sales experience is mandatory.
•Native-level English.
•Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
•Proven track record in a high-volume cold calling environment.
•Disciplined work ethic with the ability to maintain high energy levels throughout 150+ dials daily.
•A "hunter" mentality with a refusal to be discouraged by "no."
