Automotive Sales Manager

Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel is hiring a full-time Automotive Sales Manager in Laguna Niguel, CA. This role is ideal for an experienced dealership sales leader who can desk deals, coach sales consultants, manage CRM follow-up, and drive both sales volume and gross profit in a structured, professional environment.

•Compensation: $150,000 - $225,000 per year, based on experience, performance, and dealership results

What You’ll Do

•Desk and structure deals to support profitability, lender compliance, and customer satisfaction

•Lead, coach, and develop sales consultants through daily training and performance feedback

•Improve close rates, appointment show rates, lead response, and follow-up consistency

•Hold the team accountable for CRM usage, sales process execution, and customer experience standards

•Support inventory strategy, pricing conversations, deal flow, and sales performance goals

•Maintain a structured, professional, and results-focused sales environment

•Step into customer negotiations when needed to help close business

What We’re Looking For

•Automotive sales management or dealership sales leadership experience required

•Strong desking and deal-structuring ability

•Proven ability to coach, train, motivate, and hold salespeople accountable

•Strong understanding of gross profit, sales volume, lead management, and customer satisfaction

•Comfortable using CRM tools and following up on internet, phone, and showroom leads

•Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership

•Professional communication style and ownership mindset
